Friendly staff and sales people. They do everything and always go above and beyond to get us the best deal. The service department also goes above and beyond every time I come in as well. They aren’t those typical pushy car dealership types, and I always feel like I’m treated like royalty when I go there.
Recently leased a new QX60 and it was a very simple and pleasant experience. Scott Zorn was the best salesman and I didn’t feel pressured or taken advantage of. He and Joey in finance worked to get me to the payment I wanted and I was out the door much faster than anticipated. I would 100% recommend this dealership, and Scott Zorn.
This Infiniti is owned by an altruistic genius. It is managed by individuals with an extremely strong sense of guest satisfaction and personal ethics. I no longer work here anymore but I will come back for my next car. I've bought three in my time with them. Every time is like I was making a car deal with a family member.
