BY not switching original equipment on an infiniti certified car purchased from them and not disclosed at sales time. I found this out when I got a flat several months from purchasing the vehicle at a premium price. Very dissatisfied with this dealership. They did not honor what they promise in my opinion.

We bought a used certified pre-owned SUV. We were never told the vehicle had been smoked in. Once the air freshener applied be the dealership wore off we were left with a car that smelled like a mix of old smoke and air freshener. Not very pleasant. We've had to take the car for an ozone treatment to remove the smell. Cost $100.00 out of pocket.
