BY not switching original equipment on an infiniti certified car purchased from them and not disclosed at sales time. I found this out when I got a flat several months from purchasing the vehicle at a premium price. Very dissatisfied with this dealership. They did not honor what they promise in my opinion.
RecommendedEveryone was super helpful. Love my New/Used Durango. Salesman was awesome and will def refer people to this dealership.
RecommendedVery good service centers
RecommendedPrompt and satisfying experience. Loaners always available.
RecommendedThe care they take to their customers are A1. Shoot out to Mr. Lewis for taken care of us today. I'm still in shock. I went in depressed about my old car and Mr. Lewis walked us out into a brand new one. I'm so happy driving in my new Fin Fin....❤
We bought a used certified pre-owned SUV. We were never told the vehicle had been smoked in. Once the air freshener applied be the dealership wore off we were left with a car that smelled like a mix of old smoke and air freshener. Not very pleasant. We've had to take the car for an ozone treatment to remove the smell. Cost $100.00 out of pocket.
RecommendedEverything there customer is excellent and their financial director and sales rep is number one
RecommendedGreat service - thank you , Kevin.
RecommendedWe became repeat customers within 2 weeks ! Great straightforward experience. Quick and to the point, pretty much painless
