Make sure that get everything that you need from these guys BEFORE you get your car out of the lot, otherwise you will not hear from them! First they tried for me to get a newer, more expensive car than the one I wanted. Then, they did not get me the finance terms I needed. I e-mailed the salesperson, Matthew, he never answered me. The only reason he contacted me was because he needed some paperwork sent to the financial department. I have asked 3 times for a service report for my records and I'm still waiting...still don't ... read more

I had a great experience. I bought a used Volvo XC60, this was without a warranty. After driving the car home, I noticed the brakes were not so great. I called the dealer and they replaced the brakes and rotors no questions asked! I spent very little time in the dealership and got a great interest rate! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
