I've encountered great customer service with a smile here, especially by Matthew C.! He deserves a gold star and a thanks-a-latte! I have not been disappointed :)
Usually despise dealing with car dealerships, but not the case here! Had a great experience thanks to the expert knowledge and friendly attitude of Matthew Carlisle!
Went in the other day and spoke with an employee named Matthew Carlisle. He answered all questions I had and am seriously debating going back to move forward with a purchase because of the amazing customer service I received from him. Hands down one of the friendliest/best car salesmen I've talked to
Matthew Carlisle is the best. Always willing to help.
Matt Carlisle is absolutely fantastic! The best salesman!
Purchased our first Infiniti a few days ago and couldn't be happier. We enjoyed the staff, had a few laughs and have to say it was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. We are in love with our QX70 Limited and love that they have already followed up with us to check in. What great people who made us feel like family and not customers. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for quality, knowledge, exceptional service and an all around superb car buying experience.
Nice looking car. Disappointed that it doesn't have adjustable peddles. I'm 5'2 and don't love being close to the steering wheel. Other high end cars we test drive had them and sold me on them. We've been seeing the QX80 so much on the road and wanted to try it. Loved it until I drove it. Made for taller folks.
Soooo very happy with my experience. Everyone made me feel like I was part of the family. Tasha was so knowledgeable, patient, and willing to do what she could to make my Dream a reality. Loving my new Infiniti!!!
