I love my new QX50!! With everything going on in the world the last thing I wanted to do was deal with renewing my lease and finding a new car. Jesse Bieksza was an absolute life saver and a dream to work with! This was by far, the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I highly recommend Infiniti of Williamsville. (Mike Rippe in the Service Department is also pretty great, he took amazing care of my QX30, excellent service level.)

I would like to start out by saying I live 90 minutes away and I was a bit intimidated to drive that far to get my Q50 serviced but I would gladly do it again! My Service Rep. Mike Rippe was extremely knowledgeable and honest to me about my maintenance on my vehicle. I felt like I was their #1 Priority at West Herr Infiniti of Williamsville!! Once again, I would definitely not mind driving back there if I had any more maintenance or services to be done!
Very professional atmosphere. We were welcomed at the door by several employees offering assistance. Our salesman Jesse was patient and thorough. We would highly recommend Jesse and Infiniti.
