Yesterday I received outstanding customer service from the service department at Infiniti of Williamsville. I was BLOWN away by the speedy service and thorough attention I received from James Kiera. On my trip home to Cincinnati with my two kids, my Infiniti wasn't acting right. They promptly diagnosed the problem and expedited the service on my car. We were back on the road home with in 2.5 hours! I can't thank you enough.

Was looking at purchasing a infinity SUV...didn't feel welcomed nor did I feel like the dealer wanted to make a sale ..so me and my husband left ..I decided to keep my 2004 GX35 a lil longer ...my husband went up the street and purchased an Acura..as far as getting parts for my Infinity excellent service .
