BEWARE of this dealership. I worked with multiple people today starting around 9am with an online chat to see if a vehicle listed online was still available. I was told the vehicle was available and immediately started working on the numbers with the salesperson, Lee. Around 12pm, I talked with Lewis, who I believe was one of the sales managers and we agreed to pricing and payment. Ben was very helpful and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed dealing with him. I took my Q60 to INFINITI to get a service engine light diagnosed. The car was diagnosed and repaired in just a few hours. Carolyn in the service department was friendly and professional. She called me shortly after I dropped the car off to tell me what the problem was, and she gave me an approximate time to pick up my car. There was only one minor issue. Totally satisfied with our new car purchase this Saturday at the new Infinity dealership!!! The Sales team and Managers were VERY PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS to me & my husband during the entire car selection/buying process. There was no sales pressure like you find at other places. This a wonderful place. The sales and services are above the top of the rim!! WOW!! WHEN YOU BUY A CAR NEW OR USED ,ITS A FREE CAR WASH FOR LONG AS YOU OWN THE ONE YOU BOUGHT. Now this is a dealership that knows how to treat customers. GREAT JOB ON PUTTING CUSTOMER FIRST!!
