Rich booked me for a 2pm appointment the night before. When I arrived, he was working with someone else and passed me off the salesperson I first encountered. That individual told me that the unit I had booked the appointment to see was not there. He explained it had likely been sold. Nobody made any effort to tell me the vehicle was sold. I went in for a scheduled oil change, I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Seth was very professional, the dealership was clean and comfortable. The wet bar was an added bonus.
