itlink The worst dealership experience ever. I went to lease G37 (based on $319/month TV and internet ads). I experienced sleazy sales tactics, Steve (Sales Manager) could not explain different fees and numbers in the lease, I had to point out miscalculations few times (i.e. there is no delivery charge for VPP plan, etc). overall pleasant experience I visited this dealership to test drive their G35 coupe. The staff seemed to be very knowledgeable about their products and were genuinely excited about their own line of cars. The showroom was a little dark and the cars they had in the showroom had aftermarket or extra cosmetic parts already installed. Excellent Used Infiniti G35 My wife has been in love with the G35 since it came out a couple of years ago. Well now we are finally at a point where we could afford one. I found a great deal on a CPO 2006 G35 Coupe with only 35k miles on it. So I printed out the car listing from their website and took it into the dealership. Well I got the car for the Price I saw on the web. No hassle, no upselling, none of that. And the car came with a warranty since it is a certified used car! I am very happy with West houston Infiniti.
Parts Sales Consultant I have been dealing with Ed and the crew in the parts department at Infiniti of South Atlanta for a couple of years and I must say the service is top notch, world class. When I call to find out where my parts are, they already know. Heck, if my parts aren't going to be there when they told me, they usually call me to let me know and what they are doing about it. World Class service every time.
Do not buy from them I bought a certified Infiniti G37 back in December 2014, about a month later, I heard this knocking sound coming from the engine. I called the dealership and informed my service advisor, who told me unless they have the car they can't tell me what is wrong. Terrific Service Department I purchased two cars from this dealership over the last 11 years. As for pricing, I found them no better than any others, service however, was top-notch. Always got a full day loaner for even oil changes.
Buy at your own risk Low life bottom feeding sharks.Lied through their teeth about condition of a preowned car I bought from them.I was given assurance the car was free of past accident damage.Car was involved in a front end collision,which I discovered after purchase.Many things need repair,and they basically laughed at me.They are everything you hear about unscrupulous car dealerships.Run away as fast as your feet will take you.Scum of the earth.
Buy a nice Lemon May have just bought a lemon from them. They won't even look at the car, despite taking my money knowing I have to use that car to move in 4 days.
Infiniti of Willow Grove This dealer ran some radio advertising and when we went in to the dealership, none of the sales people knew anything about it. They tried to low-ball us for our trade-in and it took weeks of phone calls to get our deposit back, even though they had "guaranteed" that the deposit was refundable if we didn't come to an agreement about our trade-in. The whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths. We ended getting an Infiniti from another dealer.
