Sold me a Wrecked Vehicle and Didn't Disclose Collision I have just found out that the “certified pre-owned†2009 Infiniti FX35 that I bought from Infiniti of Kirkland on November 17th, 2011 was involved in a collision before I bought it and this information was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I have never had BETTER service anywhere I hope someone besides the other auto owners reads this--like the Dealership Owner or Infiniti--- I have never had BETTER service anywhere than what Linda Ross provides--she is the absolute best. I have owned Porsche's and Mercedes and the service was good but not like what Linda and your mechanics have provided me. I recomend your deaership all the time for buying and service because of Ms. Ross and your staff.
Great Sales and Service Team Working with Sunhil was a great experience. He was able to accommodate my busy schedule and did most of the up front negotiating with me over the phone! Once I made it to the dealership he was quick and got me and out with a new car in a timely fashion. I appreciate the "no hassle, no bs" style...I truly hate buying cars and this was a good experience.
