itlink The worst dealership experience ever. I went to lease G37 (based on $319/month TV and internet ads). I experienced sleazy sales tactics, Steve (Sales Manager) could not explain different fees and numbers in the lease, I had to point out miscalculations few times (i.e. there is no delivery charge for VPP plan, etc). Sold me a Wrecked Vehicle and Didn't Disclose Collision I have just found out that the “certified pre-owned†2009 Infiniti FX35 that I bought from Infiniti of Kirkland on November 17th, 2011 was involved in a collision before I bought it and this information was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. Great Sales and Service Team Working with Sunhil was a great experience. He was able to accommodate my busy schedule and did most of the up front negotiating with me over the phone! Once I made it to the dealership he was quick and got me and out with a new car in a timely fashion. I appreciate the "no hassle, no bs" style...I truly hate buying cars and this was a good experience.
