Brooke and other service staff are awesome. Brooke keeps in touch with me to let me know of an issues. Totally recommend Infinity of Ontario.
My experience was not good. I shared with one on the staff when I brought my car that I think it was the battery. They keep my car for two full days and finally told me it was the battery. Next time I take my car to the shop I'll drive to another city for service.
We brought our 10 year old Infiniti to repair hybrid battery issue. Our local mechanic couldn't diagnose it. They charged us $450 to examine the problem. They spent 3 days finding $10000 in repairs. I didn't ask for that and the car is not worth $3000. I brought the car in for the battery issue. They should ask if I want a full diagnose. Why would I want that on a car we are looking to replace. I don't like being upsold on repairs on a car I'm looking to replace.
Tony and Jocelyn, staff are professional and will do their best to make things right! Had the recall notice for my QX50 while it was in their care for transmission service. They notified me there was a recall and installed new engine (zero cost). Additionally, they got me a huge discount on a new transmission. The car is like brand new! Thanks Ontario, you guys are the best!
Always a pleasure to see my infinity family. Always enjoy the free coffee and water but would like to see a couple of vending machines as there are no eating restaurants close by.
