We just purchased a new Infiniti QX60 Autograph, Albaro and his director of sales made this one of the most memorable buying experiences I’ve ever had. Also using the Costco program helped us save a good chunk of money. Overall I glad I found this dealership. The only part that was not memorable was the financial and signing of the contract, we felt very unwelcome, the person seemed upset and did not make us feel comfortable at all. Horrible Terrible Disrespectful Customer Service...do not take your car at all for service...they are not professional at all and act like they want to help you...Felt Descriminated thinking it was a good place to take a car for repairs only cuz it was the closest one around..Never have I been treated the way their customer service treated me with no repairs done to my car..I would give them a negative 0 if there was the option for it..Me complaining is about the shop not cooperating with my extended warranty to fix the repa... read more
