Walked in to buy or lease the Q50 on the floor. Pretty simple since I can pay cash. Nope, salesman brings me generi numbers to lease an amount of 53K. I politely explain I want the 60K Q50 on e floor and ask for out he door numbers. His manager is too busy. Left my number a week ago! If I hadn seen it I wouldn’t believe it. Idiots!!!

First, somebody approach me and ask me about the car that i need, i ask about somebody to talk in Spanish because i feel better talking in my lenguage, then Carlos (Zelaya) show me all the options about Nissan, i prefer Sentra,and he talk to me about convenience and different prices depending in the accesories, then im drive one and i feel confortable, then i ask him about discounts, the payments by month etc., we talk about it and finally i decide what i want, everybody was very kind.

My window shattered while driving.
My experience with the entire staff was a positive one from the moment I walked in. Gloria and especially Rigo and Victor were amazing to deal with. I was treated professionally and received high quality customer service throughout my purchase. Rigo is a great sales person, just tell him what your looking for and he will deliver. Signing paperwork was made to feel like a breeze when dealing with Victor. He is very easy to work with. Nelson Honda just earned themselves a repeat customer. :)
Be fearful , they Are crooks. Don't go there and if so have every single details on your contract. They rip us off
