Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. I good friend bought an Infiniti and he had to basically do the service managers job. I recommend he call the General Manager and they have lacked the courtesy of returning his call. Very disappointing for a high end dealership.

I went for an oil change. When I purchased my vehicle 1 Year ago, the service rep told me that I had to get a tire rotation with every oil change. This happened every time, until this one. So I asked the service rep to rotate my tires, as well. He comes back and tells me that I have a nail in my tire and they will sell me another for 402 dollars plus mounting and balance. Went for an oil change today for my JX35. Charge me additional $17.00 for an oil additive. Without explaining it to me. I’m not really a fan of any oil additive. This is just an extra way to earn profit. I could have save that $17.
