The sales department is very friendly and professional. The finance agent was a pleasure to work with as well. She was very thorough and answered any questions we had about our new car and the warranties and insurance. I would highly recommend Infiniti of Manhasset to my family and friends.
Courteous knowledgeable staff . Great follow up to make sure we are satisfied and know how to use the car. One criticism is that sales and finance should be on the same page to make sure any add one (ie tire protection) are discussed up front. Otherwise excellent experience
Everyone was polite and competent. There was very little waiting.
Paul was fabulous and so was Arthur, my salesperson. All were very kind and made sure all questions were answered. Very detailed. Erika, the finance manager explained every paper I signed and made my transition froM my 2017 QX 50 to a 2020 q50 sedan Easy. Highly recommend! Excellent customer service!
