Arrived at the dealership for a scheduled appointment I had for 2 weeks, after doing my diligence to book an appointment later in the week and later in the day (the slowest time of the day/week per the Infiniti representative booking the appointment for me at the time). The service department ripped me off. They charged me $1200 for a spark plug change that cost only $700 at another Infiniti dealership. Osvaldo Orozco was my service advisor. He kept making up bullshit about how "it costs this much because we have to remove this and that and it takes a long time".
Regarding my experience with the service department, they were very slow, ridiculously expensive and dishonest. I would strongly recommend going anywhere but here.
Was looking for an SUV and got excellent comparison between Infiniti and Nissan Models. I was particularly guided about the differences/similarities of the AWD Pathfinder Platinum and the QX60 by Julio Trelles, who I highly recommend you meet for your shopping needs.
