Had to do a recall on my fx35, was told I would get a loaner for the day to ride to work, I ended up waiting there until the work was done 2 hours later because I was not wearing a suit, I was on my work clothes, felt a little depreciated by the staff.

Outstanding service, friendly,,knowledgeable! We had the best salesman Luis Ramos, he was so attentive and listened to us and found exactly what we were looking for. We absolutely love our new Infiniti, and will without a doubt buy another car from them in the future. No games, no pushy sales tactics a very relaxing experience.
