I have never written a review before but I feel that the way we are being treated at this dealership should be shared so you wouldn’t have to experience the same disappointment with the poor customer service, lack of honesty and integrity from their staff! I am just going to say one thing of many so you get the idea. They did the same diagnostic twice ! This place is a mess. Wanted to potentially purchase a used vehicle listed on the site. Sent the inquiry for them to contact me. Two different confirmations to meet with Sales Manager and view vehicle. Ultimately, no one communicated I was coming and the car wasn’t even on the lot. Apparently, these outsourced representatives that aren’t on-site will just say anything to get you there even if there’s no vehicle. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.
