Worst experience with a dealership I’ve ever had. William Hayden acted as if I was an inconvenience to him. Was looking to buy a used QX80. Only problem was they have it priced $7k over NADA and KBB pricing. Asked for proof of value.....Was given average of what everyone else is selling them for. Good thing I’m not an idiot and know this. Even he couldn’t make the KBB value come up to $7k.
