Jack was so personable, very knowledgeable, very kind, considerate, and very patient in showing us all the features on our Nissan Armada (not once but 3 times-ha ha-something new) that we purchased yesterday. I recently bought an Infinity QX80 and I’m extremely happy with the service we received. My salesperson, Jack James, was awesome and so helpful. He was not your typical pushy salesman so it made the buying experience more pleasurable. He was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to take care of my mother’s purchase too. I highly recommend purchasing a car from here.
I was recently in the dealership and worked with Clayton and Maddie. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and friendliness they provided. It was the most personable caring experience I've ever had at a dealership! I personally will never even visit another dealership this just became my one and only. If anyone is looking for stress free vehicle buying please go ask for Clayton or Maddie you will not be disappointed!!
Had a great experience at Everett Infiniti in Benton today. My salesperson Maddie Hawkins was the best. She was easy to talk to, the furthest thing from pushy and got me the best deal possible. They offered me more than I anticipated for my trade in and a great price on my purchase. My oldest turns 16 soon and I’ll defiantly be going back to Everett.

Sales staff was great, but since then it’s been an uphill struggle with service. Getting people to return phone calls is a major problem. Have a paint problem with specks of paint coming off all over the car, corporate said it’s rock chips!! The service director has been involved and the jury is still out about what they are going to do! If it improves I’ll repost!
I found an SUV that I was interested in online, and contacted Matt Pinkerton. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and send me pictures. We drove 3 hours to test drive the vehicle and weren't disappointed!! Matt and Zac Owen, the finance manager, were very professional and great to do business with! We highly recommend Matt at Infiniti of Central Arkansas!
I wrecked my Highlander when a man pulled out in front of me! My awesome grandson, Dustin Barnes, who is a sales rep. for Infiniti of Central Ar. found me a great Toyota Rav 4 that was like new & affordable! Great service, & everyone was helpful ! Great place to find a new or previously owned vehicle!!
