Natalie Curiel was my service advisor, and her work was beyond satisfactory. Not only was she quick to respond to my questions, she often gave updates on my Yukon even when they weren’t asked for. Unfortunately the first round didn’t completely take care of my issues, but Natalie was there for me without hesitation and got my vehicle back into the shop and everything is now fixed. Also, she gave me a cupcake so that gives her major bonus points. 10/10 thank you Natalie!
