I scheduled a appointment for my car and of course they were running late as always. After waiting over a hour after my appointment I was told my Transmission went on my car. I was so frustrated and try to figure things out. I wasn't expecting that cost or to be buy new car. Amanda had told me that Matt was going to take care of me and help me. Raul who is the online internet sales rep is not an honest person and he doesn’t follow through. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this dealership and they’re poor customer service since the Pleasanton dealership closed. I have been a loyal Infiniti customer for many years but this most recent experience was the last straw with these guys. Purchased 2019 in Jan. Car has been in the shop 8 times. Everytime the car is brought in, it is not fixed probably. This week 3rd time bring car in for air conditioning problems. I would not recommend this dealership or their cars. Spoke to people at infinity about being very unhappy. They didn't care.
