Never do business with liars or cheats that sell you an extended warranty that apparently expires before the factory warranty when the purpose of the extended warranty is to cover repairs AFTER not BEFORE the factory warranty expires.
I have owned two Infiniti's. Because of a very dangerous breakdown on Wilshire Blvd. at the 405 Friday night, I will NEVER buy another Infiniti. I have paid a small fortune in auto repairs and I am done with the money pit and done with Infiniti.
The guys over at Infiniti of Bakersfield are amazing. from the sales department to the service department. Very professional and they will take good care of you!
No doubt some of the best customer service ive ever experienced. You truly get what you pay for. First time taking my car in for a service and all my questions were answered, everything was explained thoroughly. The value of care and attention to detail really outweighs the price. Gary in the service department was phenominal in getting my car taken care of. Definitely recomend👍🏼
