Awful experience when trying to have a service under warranty. Service writer lied to our face about having warranty work done on a Saturday. When my husband confronted him he "needed a minute to gather his thoughts". This place is only getting a 1 because it's not possible for me to leave a zero. I wouldn't direct my worst enemy to this awful place.
They tell you your first service appt is complimentary until you try to claim it. I've gotten 5 cars from here in the last 10 years and it's the last one I will get from here. I'll buy my next one from orange park or out of town.
