Everything. Always great service and very nice lounge to wait in, or if it is a long wait they will give you a car to use.
Staff was very rude. I came in for a simple fix and asked a simple question regarding what would be done to my car and the service manager got an attitude and said that “they would only fix what I paid for”. I obviously knew that and wasn’t asking them to do anymore than what I paid for but I wanted to know that the service I got done to my car would correct the issue. I would rather go to a dealership that doesn't judge their potential customers at face value. Never assume that someone can't afford anything and not call them back when you stated that you would. It's ok I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I will also be telling my large group of very influential friends and contacts about this experience.
Such the greatest experience with Alex and John who stayed late to make sure we left with the care we needed. I know we were asking for a lot of help- but these guys delivered 😁!
I have my favorite Service Managers who take care of me with the upmost care and professionalism. Rome Emanuel and Nicole who I just found out is no longer with them .

I have bought one car from Atlantic Infinity and it was a very pleasant experience. Later one of my daughters went there for a new QS50 and that likewise was very pleasant. I would purchase there again.
