My experience has been without flaw, the space is just right, gate works well, price is competitive.
Been with them for years always a clean place and I like that they updated the look of everything and they always communicate with me when the price changes and the main drive is pavement and concrete in the storage unit which is nice helps with it not getting flooded
I gave 1 star because there is no way to give no stars. Very over priced. I went in to tell man in office (who was actually sitting in his truck. He only went in to get on computer) that I did not need unit any longer he said since I was paid up thru Oct saltwater getting last 2 items then, all I needed to do was turn in lock and key. I retrieved items. When back at office a few minutes later he was back in his truck. He held out his hand, I gave him lock and key and asked him for paperwork.
