Pilates is great for strengthening and getting in shape, but it is also a highly effective therapy for injury rehabilitation..I was limping for over a week with a very painful knee. I couldn't put any weight on that leg, so the last thing I thought I should do was put pressure on it and work it out...Wrong .. only 3 sessions on the reformer, with Amalia's expert instruction of course, and I was walking normally with no pain! That was over two months ago and I'm fine:)) It's really amazing!
Loved this studio. Amelia helped this Pilates Instructor open up and feel her T-Spine like no other. Enjoyed my private session and would highly recommend to all BODIES.
What a gorgeous, clean and welcoming studio! Amalia is an extremely passionate and inspiring teacher who truly embodies the spirit and precision of Pilates. Her studio creates a safe place for individuals of all levels who want to build strength, improve flexibility and develop control during a workout. I would highly recommend their classes, the studio smells like heaven and all equipment is all new and clean!
Love this place! Wonderful and lovely souls! Give them a visit!
