I was in Philly for a conference this weekend & I have been wanting some work done but I only wanted the best. I came in after much research. Brandon went over all of the risks with me before ever agreeing to the work. He helped me relax because I was nervous. Super great experience. The front counter staff was also extremely helpful! Definitely recommend this shop & do NOT let the wait deter you. THEY ARE WORTH IT.

The nicest staff anywhere. They take their time, you are not rushed so they can make money. All your after care is explained in detail with directions to take home with you. Any problems they invite you to stop back in. I’d recommend to anyone!!
As a trans man, I never thought getting a genital piercing would be a positive experience. I was hoping for neutral at best. But it was actually great! John used my preferred anatomical terminology without any fuss and made it a comfortable, friendly atmosphere. Clean, professional, skilled; the piercing looks good and is healing well. Highly recommend.

Best experience I’ve ever had! To start off, Charles, at the front desk, was the most helpful and knowledgeable person (and a fellow North Carolinian)! I had about a 10 minute wait and was brought back to a private room. Anna was my piercer and she was so sweet and knowledgeable as well! The shop is extremely clean, neat, and organized (even during their remodel). They had a great selection of jewelry. I will definitely be back!
My 10 year old got her ears pierced by Anna and she was amazing with her. My daughter was really nervous and talking a mile a minute but Anna never lost her cool and kept trying to keep my girl calm. It took about 20 plus mins to finally get the piercing done but Anna was a total pro! Great experience, friendly and extremely clean.
