I’m very disappointed with our experience at this pediatric dental office for infant laser dentistry. While the doctor was personable and kind during the initial visit, there were several issues that made this a difficult and ultimately costly experience for our family. I brought my infant in with concerns for both a lip and tongue tie. After my toddler's posterior tongue tie revision, his gag reflex improved immediately and dramatically. It made such a difference in his eating abilities. We are forever grateful to Dr. Bahn!
We took our daughter here to get a lip tie fixed and doctor was great. He explained very well what the process looks like and what they will be doing in the operating room. Our daughter barely cried and the whole procedure took less than 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend the doctor.
Dr. Bahn is phenomenal. Highly recommend if your child needs a lip/tongue tie procedure. The down side— they do not take insurance. Our personal dental insurance covered a significant portion of the fees. We submitted an out-of-network form and payment was sent to Dr. Bahn’s office. The time to be reimbursed by this office took 6 months. That’s a disappointing turnaround time. Be aware of this lengthy reimbursement wait, hence the 4 stars.
Dr Bahn is one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. He constantly making jokes with the kids to make them feel comfortable.
