Lived in a studio at Inez for two years of grad school (2020-2022). Overall: competent property management company, decent building and amenities, units in good shape, and a nice location. If you're looking for reasonably priced, nice units (compared to similar options at the time) then I'd recommend Inez. More detailed review below: Unit: My studio was big compared to others on the market and was a fair price.
