The front desk clerk was sweet as a button. Bless her heart. The older white blonde counselor was very rushed, rude, and strange and I left feeling insignificant. Very bazaar experience. I highly recommend to be cautious if you go to this location. I was targeted for who I am by one of the female counselors.

I have always had a phenomenal experience going to this clinic . Unfortunately due to my work schedule and the pandemic I have not been able to go to the clinic as often as I want to for checkups. The VA office downtown is very accommodating. If I could give the West side office more than five stars I would probably give them 6.5 stars or 7 stars. Yep.good people.
I was treated exceptionally well. This clinic has some of the best caregivers i have been to. My appointments have always on time, an the staff has always treated me well. This year my appointment was virtual, and the Dr. was attentive. Never had a bad experience.
