I'm curious -- is your business relationship with Covetrus new? I got an email message about the company's products offerings for Indy Paws customers, but I'm surprised: their prices, even with the 20% Memorial Day discount, are more than many other online pet service companies, such as chewy.com. I brought my dog in with a severe case of parvo and when I told them I didn't have the financial ability to buy all the medicine that was going to cost me $4,000 they told me to just put my dog down. $61 for a fecal test for giardia! Other vets charge $35

Business response:

Hi John, we are sorry about that confusion regarding the testing for your pets. I am glad we were able to get it resolved! - The Team at IPVH

Love this vet for my cat Oliver. They are reasonably priced and very good with my cat. He had to have stitches which meant sedation and the vet and supporting staff kept me updated throughout the whole process.

Fit us in for an appt. Everyone was smiling and pleasant. Spent a super long time with us for our sick guy. Recommended hospital but helped figure out outpatient option because of funds and didn’t pressure or make us feel worse. I’m so glad we came here for help!
