0 stars if I could. This inspector did not do his job. So far we’ve had THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs we’ve had to do because of things this company didn’t note on the report. This includes 20k in plumbing, HVAC issues and total rewiring because of lose and faulty wiring… which caused all the lights to overheat, melt and cause safety concerns. I worked with Kevin on a basic wood-destroying pest inspection. He did a thorough walk of the inside and outside of the property and provided a full report. He also provided some very useful information on indications of pest presence and future prevention. The NPMA-33 report was available online for download earlier than expected.
Very thorough. Recommend him to anyone buying a house.
