Price jumped 45% when I came in even though I asked multiple times what the price was going to be, Ben seems very personable but doesn't handle things honestly. It's a shame because I thought he was a nice guy.
Do you want the worst car manufacturer ever made? Do you want a worthless service department? How about a warranty they will find loopholes so they don’t have to pay? If yes. Look no further, you have hit the jackpot of dealerships. Get a Toyota instead, or actually anything else will do.
Ben Cucio at Hyundai Indy service is fantastic! We had a great experience with sales, AND whenever we have needed any help from SERVICE, they have been so GREAT. We had an issue with a flat tire, and Ben helped us figure out what to do right away so we could get the issue fixed. It is a pleasure to do business with a company where you call and you are treated like part of the family. Thank you, Hyundai Indy and most ESPECIALLY, BEN!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst service department I have ever dealt with. They misdiagnosed the problem on my daughter's car, charged me over $3k to order a part that the car did not even need, would not refund me for the total amount, kept my car for 19 days so I had to rent a car because they would not give me a rental there, NEVER called me back, and even broke the rear center arm rest somehow. Do NOT take your car here for repair. Ernesto, Ben and Elana were who I dealt with.
