I had an excellent experience with Kevin! He helped me with my car service and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. His customer service was outstanding-friendly, professional, and truly caring. I really appreciate the extra effort he put in, and I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for Kevin!
I recommend being cautious when getting service estimates at Honda dealerships. After a diagnostic check or routine service check up don’t agree to part replacements estimate/service quoted by your service provider right away. First, ask for the part numbers and the estimated labor hours for the job. Then, verify those prices by calling another Honda Parts Department or the same service place and requesting a part quote by email. The service I received demonstrated a profound disorganization and lack of communication. I have been getting service at this place for years and I have never had a poor experience. So, when my adaptive cruise control failed as the result of a hit and run accident in the parking lot of my apartment, I knew where to take it. Their Honda part prices are crazy expensive. Please check with AutoZone or other suppliers. For me I got my car part for $140 including tax and fast shipping that arrived tomorrow where they cost more than $700 without tax with the same quality. I won’t rely every thing on AutoZone but it is worth to check. The Service Center are really mean and don’t really care about their customers.
I had a very great experience with my Honda service appointment! Kevin and the rest of the team were so helpful and informative. Highly recommend going to Indy Honda for service help.
