piece of s*** q***** sold me a wrecked car and didnt disclose it. the carfax was good which doesnt mean anything just because a wreck wasnt reported doesnt mean it didnt happen. it shouldve easily been noticed during inspection so theyre either ******** or saw it and didnt give a s*** went in to talk to the manager about it and he basically told me to f*** off. dude definitely takes d*** in the a** too.
I would not recommend buying a vehicle from here, they charged me $**** for a ******* program that they never once told me I was being charged for, if anyone at the dealer told me it was going to be ****$ I wouldve refused it on the spot. The fact they charge **** for that is seriously crazy.

After getting preapproved from a bank for an auto loan I decided to go look at vehicles. One vehicle that I was interested in was a Indy Honda. I set up an appointment online and went test drive the vehicle. I also had my car looked at for trade-in. I told him from the beginning that I was looking and I wasnt ready to run my credit application right away I just wanted rough numbers. Don't try to buy a car from this dealership. They add-on ******* and LoJack ($2345) and tell you that you have to pay for these items in order to buy the car. I didn't want either one. I told them I didn't own a cell phone and you need to have one to activate the LoJack. They didn't care that they were selling me something that was useless to me for an additional $650. No one will answer my emails or phone calls. They know they are scamming people! I would give them 0 stars.
DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST DEALERSHIP!!! We scheduled a test drive, decided to purchase the vehicle, reviewed paperwork and they tacked an additional $2300 of accessory fees! We declined those and they said where mandatory! After further dealings we finally settled on a price. We scheduled a time to finish paperwork, let them know we would pay CASH!, and scheduled a delivery!!! They called later and let us know they sold it out from us! Horrible, horrible dishonest dealership! THINK TWICE!
Wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible experience. Extremely rude employees and unsatisfactory service completions. Took brand new 2022 in for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon pickup, my tire pressure light was on. Tires were at varying levels-some way too low and some way too high. Very inconsistent. Also, I noticed the valet mode was on meaning someone had gotten into my locked glovebox with my firearm in it without my permission. Indy Honda advertised on their online scheduling a ten dollar up to $80 dollars for maintenance services. I had three services performed. ********** change full synthetic, Radiator flush, a couple of days later, brake fluid and I ask specifically about the discount. Didn't get any discount. Other than that they do good service. But, if they skip on what they said they would do on a discount (their prices are 30-40% higher than say Big O) what else are they scrimping on?
