They will not pay for work they request done. And don’t believe it when they say “a customer” hired them. JJ himself hired my company and has ignored phone calls and emails for payment. As a business man, I cannot understand why he refuses to communicate on payment. I am certain he would never stand for a client not paying him. Don’t do business with them. You will get burned.
JJ has helped me with multiple home and investment decisions. He is practical and constructive in the application of his positive attitude. I continue to work with him and find that each time I bring up a risk or a negative he responds with a positive that highlights an opportunity to not only mitigate that risk but leverage it for a positive outcome, it’s infuriating :) , but it is a special trait he seemingly deploys without effort.
