Awesome place and great service to their customers and the bikes! To add to that, I recently had my bike stolen and had reported it stolen online. My bike just happened to make its way into their shop and I was contacted immediately and recovered my bike! These guys go above and beyond and are very trustworthy. Highly recommend.
These guys are AWESOME! Will answer any question, very helpful, and no judgmental additude, like some other shop in Indy.. As long as I am in Indy, I will always come here for my bike needs.
After taking up riding last year after not riding in 15+ years decided to upgrade my bike. Extremely helpful answering all my questions on what I wanted in a bike. Wish I remember the gentleman's name. As I test rode a bike he came out with another he thought would be better fit. He was correct. Got a great deal!! Now, if I could get the weather to break. Best shop in Indy. All of the wrenches know their stuff, sale's staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and love to talk bikes. Scott Irons loves what he does and it shows.
