Always friendly, they special ordered a pair of flat pedal shoes in the size I thought was tight come to find out they are too big no hassle special ordering other sizes to try, also bought a bike there and love it.

Just got my first non WalMart bike here yesterday and I absolutely love it! The staff were incredibly knowledgable about biking and what I would need for my daily rides! Can't recommend them enough! I walked away with a great bike that came way under my original budget!
