I got to know Sonya she was my NP years ago and I’d be a mess without her now she is the best compassionate and caring she really cares if I’m ok I just love her and she has a great team working with her just wanted to hop on here and give them a shout out because they truly deserve it
Getting a call through to someone in the office is difficult when you need to make or change an appointment. It's even harder when the girls at the front desk are impatient and dismissive. It's hard to manage care when I can't reach someone at the front desk. Questionable and a Drs office should answer the phone for patients. Genuinely have no idea why anyone would give this place anything other than five stars. I look forward to my appointments every week. The staff is amazing and the treatment really works.
Sonya, Kyle, Emily, and Aly are all awesome! My interactions with Rachel have been brief, but she has been very helpful when we have connected. I have only glowing recommendations for this practice. The innovation, compassion, and dedication to patients is second to none! If I call to make an appointment, Aly returns my call very quickly. If I have questions about a bill, the billing person, whose name I can’t recall, is responsive and helpful.
