The workers here are extremely nice and helpful. I came in looking for a specific type of dread extension and they didn’t have it unfortunately. One of the workers asked to see a picture of what I was talking about and said she’d speak to the owner to possibly get it in. Never have I been to a beauty supply that wanted to help and please the customers like this. Also a very clean and organized establishment!
The male and female owner and his name was J.T it horrible service. I got the wrong stuff and came back for exchange, they are gave me attitude and throw the way my receipt in front of me. And said don’t ever come back, im not recommend the people come and get stuff from this store, i will post my review on google, yelp and Facebook, please stay away from this store
Not in a million years have I been asked for my I.D just to use my points . This is ridiculous . I am a loyal customer and for him to not allow me to use my hard earned points for products due to not having my I.d is ridiculous .
