Gotta say A+++ Got my first i9 rear wheel for my MTB and am truly amazed. Was a little hesitant about what wheel I wanted but I am 110% satisfied with the quality and weight. I am DEFINITELY getting an i9 front rim in the future.
I just received a custom set of Ultralite 700c TRA wheels today and even though I haven’t rode them, they are flawless and look awesome. This is my first set of I9 wheels even though I have other wheels with I9 hubs. Weight is as expected 1492 grams with tape and valves. I ordered them Tuesday and were delivered on Friday. Great purchasing experience. Very friendly service.
Build great wheels and they get each set right every time. Customer service is great and everyone is super friendly on the phone. They also support IBDs! Thank you!
Great customer service. I’m in nz and there hasn’t been a proper distributor for a while. I think a new one was just announced. Anyway I was in touch with the tech guys in the US to get parts/ help rebuilding my wheel. Very patient lots of help and my hub is back to its noisy glory �.
