Excellent service Dr Dinh has been my Doctor for many years I've always had a great experience Dr Dinh and his staff has always taken care of me and my family and we are happy Thank you
If you can speak English then find other place with staff and Dr respect you, otherwise this place treat Vietnamese speaking only with bad manners. They think that they are doing a favor not as you are theirs customers/clients/patients. Especially staffs at front office. When you need to make some co-payment and somehow your debit/credit card not working at first times and you asked them try again. Theirs response: not working. Pay cash! I took my grandma there.
Today was my first time visiting this doctor’s office, the staffs are kinda ok. There was the LADY checked your temperature or scaled you was SO RUDE ( I asked for her name she didn’t answer me),the way She worked just like she never been in school like the professional people work, she treats people like she does favor for you, by the way the management of this office should fire that LADY
The service here is terrible. Especially, their staff. They are not friendly and quite rude. There is a young girl with short hair, her behaviour like doing a favour even though I pay $400 for the service. And they only accept Cash.
