Terrible staff, terrible service, I have had to get paperwork to file a proper complaint with the Medical Board of California as this place should not be up and running. They charge $100.00 for a less than 5 minute visit with a Dr who asks “still feel the same? Yes?” “Still seeing therapist? Yes?” My last visit with the doctor was less than 3 minutes. They submit paperwork late. This place seems very illegal.
Excellent service Dr Dinh has been my Doctor for many years I've always had a great experience Dr Dinh and his staff has always taken care of me and my family and we are happy Thank you
If you can speak English then find other place with staff and Dr respect you, otherwise this place treat Vietnamese speaking only with bad manners. They think that they are doing a favor not as you are theirs customers/clients/patients. Especially staffs at front office. When you need to make some co-payment and somehow your debit/credit card not working at first times and you asked them try again. Theirs response: not working. Pay cash! I took my grandma there.
