Dr. Cho and Industrial Medical Group are unprofessional, unethical, and willingly break the law. While taking a physical for a new job, Dr. Cho took notice of the fact that I have bipolar. This disorder has no bearing on my job performance; however, he required a letter from my psychiatrist, stating that I was able to perform the job. A clear violation of my rights under ADA!
