I’m not sure the ladies name that just answered the phone today, but she was very rude
I've only been going there since December but it's been a constant hassle with this doctor and nurse. Doc Crenshaw and his nurse act like their stoned on weed. First he wrote a script that was not right and my pharmacy delayed it every month. I had to call and demand they fix but they never did. They made me feel like I was the person in the wrong. They've only caused me pain and suffering instead of helping. I'll never go back to doc Crenshaw or house stupid nurse and I suggest you doing either.
They dont answer the phone, put you on hold to never comeback and answer.
Like many reviews say, if you get bloodwork done don't expect anyone to call. I've tried to get someone on the phone 5 times with no luck. They will not contact you and will waste your time.
