Terrible. From the front desk, to the "doctors", to the woman at the front desk in the lab with a sour, bland attitude. And Dr. Theed NEEDS TO RETIRE. Also his assistants are terrible, because they have ZERO compassion. For ANYTHING. He is my mom's doctor and has been negligent and made mistakes, I am still trying to convince her to switch doctors. Dr. Franklin and Nurse Ashton are exceptional. When I reach out through the portal or by phone I hear back within hours.
Dr. Crenshaw and his nurse are great! The front desk is also great. Never had any issue here. They always make sure I get what I need.
