Good group here, they are prompt and resolve any issues as soon as they possibly can. Have had units for years, with no issues. Can't beat their cleaners they have in stock also.
it was a lawn mower i wouldnt flip out like i am but $8000 machine is good reason to , I never met Kris the owner which is odd cause I walked into the store with $8k cash and bought a machine. One of the best buying experiences I’ve had in a long time. Kris and his crew are simply the best. Customer service is some- thing they take seriously. Such a pleasure doing business with them. He has a good inventory of new and used. I have never posted a review but wanted to to let people know what a great place this is.
The owner Kris and Shelby and John are the coolest people I've ever done business with. The product they sell is only half of what you get and the machines are bomb. But what you get is a company that will go to bat for you. I had a fluke happen to my machine it doesn't matter what happened because it was taken care of like a boss. And at first I was leary because I didn't know the process and I been dealing with other kinds of warranty but I know how the process works now and no regrets of spending my money thru this busine... read more
