I personally did not like this company and would not recommend it either. For San Diego they do not even pay above 80K. I worked with them and for the amount of work load and my qualifications I was getting paid below 75K and in San Diego. I only lasted three months and they get mad when someone quits or transfers. How about pay people what they are worth and look at the cost of living in San Diego. I know for a fact that NAVWAR most of senior positions are six figure incomes.
