RecommendedWe just moved to a new house on a busy street. We bought a set of acoustic inserts for our house. We are quite pleased with the noise reduction they provide. Measuring was a pain, but installation was quick and easy. A panel was damaged by the delivery truck. The customer service was great. Had follow up and reorder of a replacement the same day. Highly recommend this company.
Today is my first day working from home with my Indow windows. I live in a loft in a 120 year old renovated mill building just north of Boston. I finally bit the bullet and paid nearly $1,800 for 4 windows. (2 in the living room and 2 in the bedroom). I researched and thought that this would be the solution to my issue. I have a train a few blocks from my apt that I can hear when it passes by (the whistle), normal street traffic, a loud barbershop that plays music across the street from me and a church that plays music when they have services. This is a great product. I live on a busy road and have a Massage Therapy studio I purchased them for. They eliminate MOST noise except loud motorcycles and LOUD trucks. But overall I recommend this product. Price was a little high in my opinion but what isn't expensive these days.
Customer service was great, the product is excellent! The temperature in the winter in our home has increased by 3 or 4 degrees just from installing the inserts. We take them off in the summer because we like to have our windows open, but if you are using AC, the inserts will save you money on cooling in the summer as well.
