Terrible experience as an interior designer placing a simple order from beginning to cancelation. Their website asks for your contact info and then dimensions of the window(s), along with photos... which i completed. I then placed an order for 1 single window for a skylight and selected the type (acoustic vs standard). We have had the window inserts installed in our downstairs for a couple of weeks now and all I can say is - THEY ARE GREAT! I could feel the difference the moment - literally the second - I put them in (they are that effective, and my windows were THAT drafty).I left on a work trip for a week shortly after installing them, and when I got home all I could do was remark about how much more comfortable the house felt. I finally bit the bullet and paid nearly $1,800 for 4 windows. (2 in the living room and 2 in the bedroom). I researched and thought that this would be the solution to my issue.
