EXCELLENT! I finally got sleep. I have been suffering from insomnia the past 6 months and the last month I hardly had any sleep. After listening and asking me questions, Christina was 'spot on' with what was going on inside my head. I was able to record our session, and listened to it when I went to bed. After 2 times of listening to the "meditation" recording, I fell asleep within 20 minutes and woke up the most restful I have been in months. No more sleeping medication! My second appointment, Cristina arrived 5 minutes late and showed little to no empathy when sharing something deeply traumatic. Her bedside manner is absolutely atrocious, do not recommend!
Given the run around about scheduling an appointment. I'm 5 phone calls, 3 voicemails and 3 emails in and still havent been able to schedule an appointment. Edit: Scheduling issues resolved with apology. Session was productive.
