I drive 90 minutes to her office. I have had Dr. Reddy as my Gastroenterologist since December 2023. She has excellent bedside manners, informative, patient, and has an outstanding crew of Healthcare employees working with her. Her team demonstrates the same disposition as Dr. Reddy. I will highly recommend her for your GI care.
Dr. Reddy was efficient and friendly. Her bedside manner was great. I felt like I was informed about my procedure before hand and after.
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a doctor. I waited a long time for an appointment with Dr. Reddy in hopes she would help me figure out why I am so sick only to have my first appointment with her and then left in the dark. She ordered tests that she never followed up with me about regarding the results and her medical assistant was incredibly rude, unprofessional and dismissive when I spoke to them both on the phone and through the patient portal.
