This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a doctor. I waited a long time for an appointment with Dr. Reddy in hopes she would help me figure out why I am so sick only to have my first appointment with her and then left in the dark. She ordered tests that she never followed up with me about regarding the results and her medical assistant was incredibly rude, unprofessional and dismissive when I spoke to them both on the phone and through the patient portal.
