Good for guys – I recently had my hair cut at this salon. I am a guy and it was $25 for a shampoo, cut and finish. Overall I was pretty pleased with the result and there were other men at the place, so it wasn't your usual uncomfortable salon experience. If you've ever noticed a huge gap in your hair after a cut at super-cuts, sport-cuts or the like, give this a try.

Hard to make an appointment with good stylist – I have been 5 or 6 times. My normal stylist is Kimberly she is great! It is too hard to make an appointment with her though. I have a busy schedule such as her and can not make appointments too far in advance so I am upset not to be able to get an appointment with her. The spa aspect is fabulous! i received a facial once which was great from Angela. I wish they were open Mondays and they are a little more expensive then I would like but it is worth it.

Overpriced, unimpressive – I tried Indigo based on the positive review here. I tried to get an appointment with Michael (who was recommended), but had to instead take an appointment with someone else (who is, I assume, supposed to be equivalent to Michael, since the price was the same). I arrived 5 minutes early for a 3 PM appointment and was told to fill out an information form as if I were in a doctor's office, giving info about health, lifestyle, personal style, etc. After completing the form, I was kept waiting for more ... read more

Michael gives great hair! – The people at Indigo are wonderful. They are personable, nice, kind, funny and loving. Michael, the hairdresser extroidinaire, is really the best. He is the only one in NC that knows how to cut my hair to bring out its best features. He is very accommodating and is a really nice person inside as well as out.
